Lalchand Rajput, former India opener and Joint secretary of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) will write a regular column for the website cricketforindia.com. Rajput who was recently appointed as Batting coach at the Bangalore-based National Cricket Academy (NCA), will contribute an exclusive monthly column to the website, wherein he will state his views on matters concerning the game that we all love.

Rajput's involvement will give an impetus to the website that has been rapidly gaining in popularity since its Launch in Mumbai on 25th June 2004, the 21st anniversary of India's 1983 World Cup triumph. The three months since the launch have witnessed a sensational 4 lakh hits (2 lakh per month).
