The Indian Team - a 'Youthful' Era

- By a Statsman

Cricket for India

The current Indian one-day team does not have too many members in the over-thirty age-bracket.

In fact, India stands third among the 'youngest' Test playing nations. Interestingly, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh, the youngest squads, are languishing at the bottom of the rankings while Australia and Sri Lanka, the 'oldest' sides, are reigning supreme at the top.

So, does youth matter? Of course it does in sport. But then, does experience matter more?
