Irfan Pathan's Feat


Left-arm paceman Irfan Pathan has now played 46 ODIs since his debut at Melbourne in January 2004. His short one-day career stands out for an uncanny ability to strike early in an innings. He has claimed wickets in the first or second over on eighteen occasions, with India winning eleven and losing seven of those games. There was another match in which he took wickets in the first as well as second over, and set India on the road to victory.
