When Brian Charles Lara reached triple figures in
the first innings of the first Test against
Pakistan at Bridgetown on Friday, 27th May 2005, he
became the first West Indian and only the sixth
batsman in Test history to score a century against
all Test-playing nations.
Following are details of the stalwarts who are part
of this Elite Club: |
|

Brian Lara |
|
**Rahul Dravid is the only one of the above to
score a Test hundred IN every Test-playing nation.
In addition to the above list, six other
contemporary batsmen are just one century short of
joining this club:
Ricky Ponting (Aust - 88 Tests, 22 tons) - no ton
vs Bangladesh ,
Jacques Kallis (SA - 93 Tests, 22 tons) - no ton vs
Sri Lanka ,
Inzamam-ul-Haq (Pak - 100 Tests, 21 tons) - no ton
vs South Africa ,
Matthew Hayden (Aust - 67 Tests, 20 tons) - no ton
vs Bangladesh ,
Adam Gilchrist (Aust - 68 Tests, 15 tons) - no ton
vs Bangladesh ,
